Are you a manufacturer?

We are a professional backpack manufacturer and supplier. After more than 15 years of development, we have our own factory, superb technology and quality assurance,and can meet any needs of customers.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Customized items: customized logo, color or other items for your own style, we also provide customized new style. Each project has its own MOQ.

The minimum MOQ for customized logo is 100, the minimum MOQ for customized color or other items is 300, and the minimum MOQ for customized new backpack style is 1000.

What is the price of your bag?

After submitting the project, based on your automatic request, we will obtain your bag project specifications (i.e. quantity, material, size, logo) and prepare a quotation estimate for you within 1-2 business days. One thing is certain, we stand by our reputation and are one of the most competitively priced bag manufacturers in the industry.

Do you offer custom packaging?

Yes. Our packaging uses a box without a logo by default, of course we also provide customized services. And our products are also repackaged in a transparent plastic bag before boxing, which can also be customized.

What are your shipping options?

For large orders, we can use sea or air freight services. For small orders, we can use express delivery services.

Can you accept rush orders?

Yes, we can provide turnaround time after approval of the print layout or physical pre-production sample, and provide air or courier services.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping Doubts

How long does it take to produce your backpack?

Taking 300 backpacks as an example, we ship in about 2-3 days for spot goods; if it is a customized style, our production takes 20-30 days. The specific time is reduced or increased according to the number of orders.

Can l ship my order to someone else or a different address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. You can contact us later to change the shipping address (different from the billing address you entered when placing the order.

How is the shipping cost determined?

The shipping cost is based on an item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

How to clean the backpack?

Please do notice: our backpack allows machine-wash when without the USB cable, but frequent machine-wash is not advised as it could undermine the work life of your backpack. So keep your backpack tidy and clean in daily use is a good way to maintain it.

How to use the USB port built in the backpack?

The port is a handy access for you to charge your devices without grabbing your power bank out of the backpack.
